X-CulT: Gameboy Advance Prototype Hardware
Even at this early stage, GBA has GameCube linkup - although at this point in time, GC was still known by it's codename of Dolphin. The other interesting point to note is the 9 games CVG picked that they reckon would be huge sellers on GBA - they did a spectacular job of predicting the future. As far as I'm aware, 6 of the games listed here have GBA conversions/sequals, and possibly the other 3 do as well.
Here comes the main stuff. Nintendo hadn't obviously released any information about button layouts at this stage for the mock-up artists to use, as GBA here has 4 main buttons, not 2. The top right box (and the power box) quote 20 hours of gameplay - Final manages 12. The company "Mobile 21" as mentioned in the bottom left has made several GameBoy games and one PS2 game, but no longer exists. The 3rd box from the left mentions Net Play on GBA, which hasn't been mentioned since - to date, the only GameBoy game to use a phone was Pokémon Crystal, but that was on Game Boy Colour. Finally, CVG also correctly predicted the multi-coloured range of GBAs, but that was a fairly safe bet.
