The Sonic Next synopsis that's floating around

Is complete bullshit. Trust me. Is is complete, proven bullshit.

Now, some of you have seen screenshots of the 4th hedgehog in Sonic Next, allbeit really crappy screenshots that don't give any detail of the character at all. The other day I was handed a file photo of the new hedgehog from Sonic next. His name is Mephiles, and he plays a crucial part in the story, that much I can give. I passed the photo along to one of the CulT artists, who presented me with this quick mockup of the 4th hedgehog. So, ladies and gentlemen, meet Mephiles:

Excuse the big MOCKUP text and the watermarks, I don't want to hear a few days later that this image is being passed off as official, which, knowing most of the Sonic community, it would be had it not said so on the image itself.
